Two 45-minute workouts (one outdoors), stick to your diet, a gallon of water, 10 pages of a non-fiction book, and a progress photo — every single day for 75 days. Begin a check-in, check off what you did, then hit Save — that's the only thing that ever moves the counter. You can save short of 6/6 to close out an honest day, but it counts as the miss: the streak (and a locked starting number) resets to zero, same as skipping it outright.
No one's checked in yet — add yourself below to get started.
Upper, lower, upper, lower — every few days the whole body gets hit and nothing gets left behind. Four days is the full plan; on three, run upper/lower/upper one week and lower/upper/lower the next and it evens out. The one rule that never bends: don't let two days pass without training. Every set you log shows up as “last time” the next time you hit that exercise — that's how you know whether to add weight.
